Dream event could be so, so much better...

Atlanta has a professional WNBA team and it treats it like it is second rate... That's a shame. There are shamefully little outlets for "Dream" apparel and/or souvenirs. It seems as if Philips lets in "half-time" fans at a cut rate to go "fill in the seats"... The seats in front of our group had no less than four different groups of transient fans throughout the game. A large group came crawling through our row and sat in one of our paid-for, but not-sat-in seats... Not wanting to say anything or be perceived as "starting something", we said nothing. The game itself was fine, but overshadowed by the somewhat letdown in the event planning itself... No, this was not our first Dream game, and I hope it is not our last. And, why, oh why, can't I have the screw-on lid for my Diet Coke? What?

Great tickets but service sucked

It was great tickets n easy to obtain tickets. My experience by staff at Philips Arena was terrible for pick up after the game. I have to take a wheelchair to my seat because I'm disabled. I asked for a wheelchair pickup when the game had five minutes in the fourth. I didn't get picked up until ten minutes after game was completely over. I was sitting idle while others dismissed from the arena. The guy that picked me up almost turned ne over going over a small hump that no one had ever had problems with. I sit in section 116 and they sent a chair to the wrong place. Another person that had not even called for a seat yet was taken up n no one came for me until game was over! I have never been treated so badly before. I attended all last year to all Atlanta dream home games without this issue. I have attended all up to this one just fine.
